An accomplished security expert with over 18 years of experience delivering security, cyber, and programme assurance across UK Government and Defence, gained over a distinguished career in the Royal Air Force. Lee is skilled at providing strategic and operational security advice to senior executives, shaping resilient security architectures to safeguard the nation’s most critical assets.

With proven expertise in protecting strategic capabilities against persistent, high-risk threats, Lee has a strong background in enterprise-level Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). He has led specialist teams in delivering enhanced security and resilience for Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) capabilities.

Alex Henderson

An experienced professional in national security, cyber resilience, and programme assurance across UK Government and Defence sectors. Skilled in delivering strategic security advice, leading secure-by-design initiatives, and supporting complex capability development programmes. Proven background in risk management, information assurance, and operational security leadership.

A former member of HM Forces with a deep understanding of mission-driven delivery, stakeholder engagement, and multi-domain threat environments. Alongside his consultancy work, Alex lectures part-time in security and risk, and actively advocates for robust AI governance in the safe and responsible adoption of AI across industry.

Ian Kilsby

Over 30 years of international experience in security, risk management, and commercial leadership across both public and private sectors. Proven track record in building and leading security companies, programmes, and operational teams for multinational commercial enterprises, and government agencies.

Extensive background in strategic consultancy, organisational transformation, and high-level risk mitigation. A former member of HM Forces with a strong foundation in operations, leadership, and mission-critical decision-making.
